Probably no woman after the age of 35 likes to look "her age", let alone look older than her age.
There are a lot of anti-aging cosmetics right now - it's great, but effective products aren't cheap and going to salons takes time and a lot of money.
Of course, beauty is more expensive, but until you can get good cosmetics or sign up for a salon, you should take care of your skin with the help of available means and you should pay as much attention to your face as possible.
Folk remedies will always be sought after, not only because they are cheap, but because they are prepared from the most natural ingredients - food.
There are many folk remedies for rejuvenating facial skin, but they must be used constantly.
Scrubs and masks
The most popular are the masks for facial rejuvenation, prepared according to folk recipes. They will be more effective if the skin is pre-prepared: steamed with decoctions of medicinal herbs - you can make compresses or keep your face over a pot of hot steam. And homemade scrubs will help remove the top layer of dead cells.
A good exfoliating scrub can be done quickly, for example with the help of fruit puree and sugar. Brown sugar is mixed with blackcurrant porridge, strawberries and more. Rub and apply on a steamed face for 5-7 minutes, then gently massage the skin along the massage lines and rinse with warm water. The skin is moisturized and softer - you can apply a mask. Such scrubs can be used no more than once a week, and for very dry skin - twice a month.
It is convenient to make masks with vegetable oils at home - they are always in the kitchen. Flaxseed oil has pronounced anti-aging properties. It can be used alone or mixed with other ingredients. Such a mask is very nutritious: linseed oil and honey (1 teaspoon each) are mixed with raw egg yolk, put in warm water for a few minutes, the heated mixture is applied to the face for 15 minutes, rinsed with warm water.
In a similar way, a mask is made with olive oil, which is rich in vitamin E and other antioxidants. To 1 tbsp oil, add the egg yolk, a little honey and lemon juice, mix until smooth and apply on face, neck and décolleté for 20 minutes.
A well-known folk remedy for rejuvenation is ordinary lard: it gives the skin softness and elasticity and removes wrinkles. A piece of fresh, unsalted lard is spread all over the face and after 15 minutes it is washed with warm and then cool water.
Many homes have an aloe plant: masks with biostimulated aloe work wonders - a few lower leaves of the plant should be stored on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator for 10-14 days before use. For the mask: 1 tbsp. l. porridge of aloe and milk powder, 1 tsp honey and raw egg yolk. Stir until smooth and apply on face for 10-12 minutes.
Herbal infusions, lotions, creams
Homemade lotions and herbal infusions perfectly rejuvenate the skin, remove fine wrinkles, age spots and other imperfections.

Tonic infusion of evening primrose, oman, parsley and dill is prepared in the same way - refreshes the skin and removes pigmentation. The herbs are mixed and boiled as in the previous recipe, but insist for 3 hours, filtered and wiped daily on the face.

A mixture of herbs is poured into a liter of boiling water, insist one day and twice a day, they wipe the face. This infusion is especially good for oily skin.
And for dry skin the following is suitable: fresh rose petals (rose hips), dried chamomile, mint, sage and dill, cut, pour 1/2 liter of cold water, boil and leave on low heat for 5 minutes.

From the available and cheap ingredients you can create homemade cream: vegetable juices, egg yolk and butter. Melt the beeswax (1 teaspoon) in a water bath, add grape seed oil (1 tablespoon) (apricot, peach), glycerin (1 teaspoon). 3 tbsp. l. mixtures of carrot, pumpkin, cucumber, zucchini and cabbage juices are thoroughly mixed with raw egg yolk, combined with a mixture of oil-glycerin-wax and beat with a mixer. The mixture is poured into a clean glass jar and cooled. The thickened cream is used at night: it moisturizes and nourishes the facial skin, gives it a healthy look, prevents flaking and irritation.
A light massage with ice cubes helps to slow down aging and preserve the youth of the skin. It is necessary to massage the skin with ice in the morning, after washing: this improves blood circulation and nutrition, and the cells begin to receive more oxygen.
When removing makeup, it is better to use cosmetic oils - almond, grape seed, etc. , rather than commercial products. Such cleansing does not contain any "chemistry", and at the same time saturates the skin with beneficial substances. Wash your face not with tap water, but with mineral water, structured water from the refrigerator or at least boiled.
Rejuvenating tea and conditioner
In addition to external means of rejuvenating the skin, there are also means that act from within: teas, herbal decoctions, infusions, all kinds of tinctures and balms.
Garlic balm will help rejuvenate the skin. Peeled garlic is poured white wine (200 ml), boil for half an hour on low heat, cool and pour into a jar with garlic. You should drink several consecutive months: 1 tsp 3 times daily before meals for 3 days, then rest for 7 days and drink again for 3 days.
Another balm is made with dry red wine - it fights well with sagging skin. A liter of wine is poured into a mixture of herbs lavender and sage and insist for 2 weeks in a dark, cool place, sometimes shaking. The infusion is filtered and drunk every morning half an hour before meals.
In order for a woman's skin to stay younger longer, it is necessary to maintain the synthesis of female sex hormones in the body - estrogens: they are responsible for water retention in the skin and stimulate collagen production. Tea from fruits and leaves of raspberries, strawberries and rose hips is rich in phytoestrogens - it is brewed and drunk like any tea. If there are no fruits, you can use only the leaves - for example, young rosehip leaves contain a lot of vitamin C, flavonoids, catechins and other bioactive substances.
There are many folk remedies for facial rejuvenation, but they should be used systematically. Only in this case you can expect that the time spent on self-service will pay off very well. Do not forget about lifestyle, nutrition and water: you should eat natural and fresh products, drink only clean water, walk in the fresh air at any time of the year and not allow stress to destroy the most valuable: health and beautyof women.
